You don't need to tie him, just be firm and say "STAY". Seems to work. Must be the way I look at him though.

I've just joined club moativation at my local moat house hotel - it's £28 a month with no joining fee and no contract. It's well equipped with all the usual machines and weights stuff plus it has a swimming pool, jacuzzi, steam room and sauna.

Have a look at some of your local largish hotels as i also looked at one at the local Quality Hotel which was similar to the moat house but not as convenient.
