I am rather large up top atm due to breast feeding still, I wear 3 sports bras (sounds extreme but better than boobs down by my knees in the future) but it works, and go out jogging a few mornings a week. Works a treat. If you get sore shins you can either go to a good sports shop and get some proper running shoes suited to your feet (a one off outgoing) or drive to somewhere grassy to avoid the concussion caused by running on concrete.

I can't do the running thing either - note to guys: sports bras only work for a certain amount of boob, there are those of us who bounce no matter how much corsetry tries to hold us down. :rotfl:

You need to find two willing males to go running with so they can take hold of one each to stop them bouncing around. I nominate myself and Jamesy! :D;):p

Swimming and walking work for me. I've tried jogging loads of times, even bought a pair of trainors (£75) ouch (that hurt typing that) but I can't do it. I get burny feet and my shins hurt like h.ll.. I'd love to, but can't.

Anyway, I bought a swimming kickboard (£6) and it's been the best investment ever. Honestly girls (and guys) the weight loss is immediate. Kick frantically from your hips and you'll notice a difference within a week. My swimming session includes, swim for 6 lengths doing breast-stroke then kickboard for 4. I then rest for a couple of minutes and go again and I repeat this 5 times therefore I swim 50 lengths! Do this twice a week and you'll see results

I think this company makes good ones. http://www.lessbounce.com/index.htmMy instructor uses them for riding. Worth a try. She says they are sports bras for real sports.
Is that ss lowering the tone again?;)
