Vent about some drivers

It reall bugs me when at rush hour cars don't judge the traffic flow and pull into the yellow box just so that they can be through the traffic lights before they change to red meaning that when your lights change to green you can't go anywhere because some idiot is sitting blocking the whole junction. These muppets do my head in.
Also people who don't realise they have indicators, especially at roundabouts, when the road is busy you need to go as soon as you can so the car coming from my right with no indicator looks as though they are going straight on but then turns off at your junction. You could have gone if they'd indicated but because they are an ignorant t*** you are now stuck waiting for the next gap. As this is such a bug bear I always make sure I indicate so can someone please explain how, me indicating right when I'm going round the roundabout to turn right, means please pull out on me because I'm actually going straight on?!!0 -
Im sure there must be a highway just for blondes as i encounter a blonde not adhering to the highway code0

Need to vent about a few things...
1) Why do some drivers feel the need to stop randomly in the road to let someone out from a T junction on the oppostie side of the road on a quiet sunday morning. In rush then fine but not when there is hardly any traffic.
2) On a similar theme why stop to let people cross when there is a traffic island in the middle of the road. I'm sure they could manage to cross the road. I can't remember being taught to do that.
3) Driving in the right hand lane for 2 miles when the left lane is empty.
4) More amusement than annoyment but pedestrians who feel the need to run across a zebra crossing when traffic has stopped to let them cross. Oh and people who don't bother to use a crossing when it is 10 meters away
5) You have a brake and accelarator. Next time you mis judge your motorway turn off use the brake and slot into the empty space behind me instead of accelarating and cutting in 3 meters in front of me
Enough for now, I'm going to relax now with a bar of chocolate0 -

Driving home 9pm had a van tailgating me again, I couldn’t go any faster as had a van in front of me and these roads are vile and there are no chances to overtake. So I had them blinding me for half an hour. Today- me driving down my road, a man races out of a junction, I have to emergency stop, he looked blissfully unaware, I beeped but he didn’t look up. GRRR. I just get annoyed sometimes!
Indicate left and slow to a stop, using hand signal to wave pillock past...repeat as and when necessary.
Result....Furious Ar**hole in van now in front bugging somebody else.0 -
The drivers who make me really angry are those who don't know what an indicator is for :mad:Blessed are the cracked for they are the ones that let in the light

Didnt you realise your supposed to brush up on your psychic abilities to compensate for the lack of indicator usage by the driver in front.0 -
Im just having a vent about drivers i encounter on my way to work. Do some car drivers read a different highway code (eg the 1 where it allows the reader to write they're own highway code) to the 1 i and many others have read to pass our theory test and practical. Reason why i ask is that i see cars with only 1 headlight working which surely is dangerous, then theres a roundabout i use where some car drivers disregard how to use a roundabout and use the right hand lane to straight when the highway code says that the left lane is for going left ad straight on and the right hand lane is for right only. Also is it neccessary for drivers to get impatient, its not written in the highway code so why do it. Is it just me or do others feel the same ?
I was only thinking about this myself yesterday.
Drivers who think that they own the road, who give scant regard to other road users be it Horseriders,cyclists,....etc,i also have no time for drivers who are driving on our roads with a vehicle in a dangerous condition,i praise our traffic police for finding them and dealing with them in an appropriate manner.
There are many people on our roads who should have refresher courses because they seem to have lost the ability to treat other road users in a pleasant manner.
we are unfortunately stuck with some of these people,we are forced to share the road with them some are so stuck in there ways they do not see that they are wrong, surley enough being stuck behind a slow moving vehicle is bad but it is a fact of driving these days it happens especially when you are in the county.
OP i understand your point perfectly,and i agree.Forum spellcheckers are the pitts.0 -
