Received my monthly statement today and it said that the blanket is currently out of stock but will follow when in stock. Will be great for next Christmas, fingers crossed

Received conversation on 21st December but nothing since. Searched for a freephone number 0500 777 777 and was told they will be despatched on the 4th January......here's hoping.

I tried to order when this thread was on before Christmas and after a confirmation email l later got a letter in the post saying my debit card payment had been 'declined' - what a cheek that definitely was not the case!

So l wonder if anyone will get the blanket now they may have made a mistake and are wriggling out of it?

I've just got off the phone to them they were expecting them to come in to them on 16th December and they didn't and then again on 28th which they didn't, all they could say was they still haven't come into stock from France and that when they do I should get a dispatch E-Mail.

I got a phonecall from them last week about it and they told me dispatch should be around 13th of jan as they had stock problems and the item not coming back in stock. I got the phonecall about a week after i emailed them.
