  • It's a French company, the stuff is sent from France, I've ordered several times and even when the stuffs in stock it takes 7-14 days, they really are very slow. I've sent emails and had them answered 10 days later!

  • My cufflinks have come but no mention of the blanket.... there is a customer number on the packing slip though so I will go investigate the whereabouts of the blanket!
  • I just had an email to say the rugs are out of stock. More stock is expected on 28/12 and they should be dispatch soon after, this is the email I got:

    'Thank you for your email.
We are awaiting further supplies of the goods detailed below and we will
despatch your order as soon as possible.
We apologise for any inconvenience caused through this delay.

Please note that we expect stock into our warehouse by 28/12/09.
    Kind regards

I was able to purchase one today. The stock does indeed come into the warehouse on 28th so it'll be something to put away for next year. Hopefully it will come before the trimmings go back in the loft. LOL

  • Does that mean they won't charge for the blanket until it comes back in stock? I like to know exactly when anything is coming out of my account, however small the amount!

I think i'm right in saying it's against the law to take the money until it's been dispatched.

  • what a useless company! i certainly won't use them again. I ordered on the 12th , recieved a confirmation e-mail then nothing. It states in the email that i can log into 'my account' but i can't as they haven't given me a customer number. Just rang them and apparently there has been a delay in them getting the blankets from the warehouse so they won't be here for christmas! an e-mail wouldn't have gone a miss would it , to let us know? or a customer number if thats the only way of accsessing the details online. And they can't cancel the order either as it's gone through processing now. Grrrrr! i hate crap service!

I ordered when this grabbit was posted too - and have heard nothing other than a confirmation of my order and an acceptance email for my account. I ordered one each of the blankets for my kids for Christmas, I'm guessing they will have to go away for next year now. (Assuming they ever turn up!)

I ordered the day the grabbit was posted. heard nothing apart from confirmation email. Today i have received a letter date 16th December saying socks i ordered are OOS permenantly. No mention of the rest of my order.

Result is I now have a customer number so can log in to see order. Online all it says against each item in my order is 'will be delivered soon at a reduced price'

The website says order in stock items by 9pm on 21st for Christmas delivery which tends to imply goods must be sent from within UK.
