I ordered on Friday at around 1pm nothing has came out my account and only the order received email to go on. Very confused

i had an email on the 11th saying my order was being processed, heard nothing since. no money has been taken out of bank. not looking good!

Ordered on 12th had an email today to say that 2 of the three items were out of stock! No mention of delivery times for the third item.

same here and I cant even check order process cos as another poster has said they are asking for a customer number and I dont have one. I emailed them about it on mon but as of yet have had no reply, not a good way to do business really:rolleyes:

Same here Calley but I emailed them yesterday. I ordered from woolworths Monday evening and the order arrived today. why is la redoute different? Other than of course its owned by another company

Ive had exactly the same not quite sure how long the time is between the process and the confirmation time?

I ordered Saturday 12th and phoned Monday to ask for my account number and was told I wasn't showing on their system because it takes a few days to allocate a number so she couldn't even see my order and I was to keep phoning.

I've just got off the phone to them today and I have had to re-order it.
Lady asked if I had done it online and then said an error had occurred so it hadn't gone through.
She has re-ordered it with free delivery but not %off but £3 a blanket is still a bargain.

I asked her to check and yes it is still in stock and delivery is 7-10 working days but she insisted it would be here before Christmas.

i ordered a grabbit from them in november ( around 7th) and its still not come ( timberland top)

hope the same doesnt happen with this grabbit!
