Whatever floats your boat, moggins!:DYou never get a second chance to make a first impression.0 -
Well as I type, my OH is snoring in bed... not even my best attempts to wake him up have worked so I've given up in favour of my trusty OS forum instead
Back on topic... I'd love to join in with this but as I don't have a home to call my own at the minute I can't!! :rotfl: I'll settle for unpacking room by room once we finally get to move into our flat (hopefully Tuesday!) and then I'll think about getting into a routine and becoming the perfect wife!!!!0 -
ps. I just google imaged "blow up heath ledger" for moggins and it didn't find any results, so without thinking I took one of the words out and google imaged "blow heath ledger"...

good luck with the move roz_b hope its not to stressfull.....looks like this is going to be a good thread, i know i will learn loads....plus i havent stopped laughing with that link earlier... about the perfect womanhood....if my hubby read that.... i dread to think.....it reminds me of the american housewife from the 50's stero type you see in the films......allways imaculate, and with her bright bubbly smile and looks like she has just come out of the beauty parlour at what ever time of the day....:rotfl:Work to live= not live to work0

ohhh i so excited. my hubby is now dreding what i am on here concocking ( sp ?). lol. i have been wanting to make up a file liek this for ages but just not know where to start. i am going to buy myself ia really nice folder. or buy an plain one and cover it in some nice wrapping paper i have. and i am gonna take great pride in making this.
i starting to think i am a bit weird as i love doing things like this. making lists and plans and i sit for hours ( when not on here ) making shopping list and pricing out meals and looking at recipe books and working out how i can change it and adapte it to suit us. but hubby like seeing me happy and doing things i enjoy and he sees how much pleasure and contentment i get from this site. it really does make me feel good about myself. ( sorry to waffle on off topic)0 -
Ladies, take alook at this if you really want to get organised and fulfill your role as a woman and homemaker:eek:
The 'other's binders' are interesting as well.I find these American women strangely fascinating - scary but interesting.
I don't mean to mock their faith, but fundamentalist Christianity is pretty scary :eek:all that stuff about submission to your husband...mmm

OH MY!!!
Did you see the photographs about dressing modestlyHow can you get anything done in a frilly dress?
Please let me state before anyone gets the wrong idea about this thread? Being organised is in no way about pleasing husbands (it may be a side effect though). It's all about getting rid of stress and freeing up time to do other things, you'd be amazed how much time we lose through hunting for things, forgetting about things and procrastinating. We can lose hours over a job which when set to with a will would have taken 10 minutes max.
This is all about setting summer free for us to play!!!Organised people are just too lazy to look for things
