KarleyMarie I've PM'd you. Not sure if I'm allowed to post the names on a forum (some have weird confidentiality agreements which don't let you mention them lol)

The mystery shopping thread is full of some good info too - the thread is really long though.

Skintbint - those cakes are inspired. I heard someone was doing divorce cakes & they're selling like hot ones.

abby - a charity shop I know sells buttons, really nice ones, I think they MSE-ish take them off all clothes that are for rag - maybe you could get some cheap 2nd hand. My Mother used to raid charity shops for cotton material for quilt making.

Ooo pray do tell!! I love buttons :)

well, bingo has been a complete flop for me so far.....am I the only one here that hasn't won a penny yet??? Still trying though!

So far I have made a small profit on ebay of approx £15, small start but a profit (after fees!) none the less.

I have ordered some more bits this morning, hopefully to ebay and car boot in the summer.

I have also ordered a nice big diary to keep track of things and help motivate myself with daily to do lists.... I am a BIG list person!

Okay, my plan for January is.....

    - sort out all of the loft, kids clothes, toys etc and list on ebay.
    - research opening a shop/website.
    - trade in other bits and peices on ebay to bump up the website starting fund.
    - plan all planting for the year so I know when to sow seeds and when to sell
    - research local car boots. I know of a couple of good ones, now I have to decide to do the early one which is about 30 miles away or the afternoon one about 15 miles away. Both are very good and are recommended to me by other sellers.
    - research selling sweets at the car boot alongside the plants.
    - BREATHE!
    - Sort out spreadsheet for profit/loss / ebay fees etc
    - open another bank account to keep all of the challenge money seperate and investigate bonuses, loopholes etc.

I think that will do for now.

Off to order seeds using some lovely discount vouchers!!!
