OHHHHHHH just won £15 on Bingo Britain
I was really surprised as I just let it run in the background while I was catching up with this thread.
Hope everyones doing really good......I'm feeling really motivated ...thanks to you great people!!!!!!! and have a thousand and one things buzzing around in my head.
I've been jotting ideas down on a note pad this morning and going to plan out the order of how I'm going to deal with them this afternoon
I'm desperate to find a few jumble sales as theres been a lack around here lately, but do find some great bargains there. I'm hoping they're all going to be starting up again soon. Last spring I made a few hundred profit on just one jumble sale. Buying items with tags still attached, vintage items, named clothes..i.e. laura ashley etc.
Going to use my stash of fabric to make items and sell at craft fayres, folksy etc.
Writing an e book - when I get my head around it
Going to enter every comp possible lol
and a heap of other ideas
Good luck everyone and thank you all0 -
anyone know much about trading stocks and shares?
the only advice anyone i know can give me is 'get a stockbroker'
If it was that easy, everyone would do it... i have £100 to play with already...
Hi Esqulax,
Try having a look on the Halifax website at their sharebuilder option. It lets you invest in shares for as little as £25 a month. It works by pooling everyone's money together and investing at set times during the month in order to keep dealing costs down to an absolute minimum.
If you are looking to learn about shares and trading then a good book I can recommend is 'The Naked Trader' by Robbie Burns. Written from a beginners point of view and loads of good stuff in it.11k in 2011 - £256.63 / £11,000January £10 a day - £256.63 / £3100 -

Hi all -
Been reading this thread from the start and even bought some stuff to re-sell on so i'd like to be added to please and i'll add the number to my sig when I get it. Very keen to give this challenge a good go and i'd be over the moon to hit half the target of £5,000. I am starting by ebaying stuff in our house and a few things that I bought for bargain prices so I hope that gets me off the ground! Will let you all know the progress!Member of Quidco and Dooyoo

After not winning anything on the first two days, I have now just won £45 on Bingo Britain! It's great, but I can't help being a bit suspicious. Isn't this all a bit too good to be true? Or is it because it's a new company spending it's startup funds to try and build up a customer base?Sealed Pot Challenge #1666 - up for raising as much as poss0
