If you are good at knitting or crocheting you could make baby blankets and prem baby clothes, I looked everywhere for a smaller than average size scratch mitts when my son was born finally found a hand knitted pair in indoor market for £4 bought them as no other choice only for my aunt t then knock a pair up quickly out of miniscule amount of wool! She also crocheted some baby car seat size blankets for me, so much easier to tuck in and nicer than shop bought and u'd hard pressed t find that size anyway....worth thinking about maybe if u r a good quick knitter!0

I also want to sell some Suzie Cooper plates and such, but they aren't really shifting on ebay so I'll phone a couple of antique shops and see what they'll give me for them. I know they have to make their mark up on it too, so they'll not offer me that much, but at least they will be out of the house![/QUOTE]
Try them in buy/sell of your local newspaper first, usually free if under £100 and you may get better price than dealer, well you can name your price anyway!0 -
just a minor hiccup, you still have another 355 days to make up your time
It's all in the game (I think he just wanted cheap labour). He actually thinks he could get more for them in a different market compared to what I have managed to research ... now he could be in la la land but he may just turn out to be right, in which case there is a potential arbitrage to be had. So who knows, could prove time well spent after all (... or I could be dreaming
).

Thanks Turia ... took the advice of a few people last night and managed to ease them off with a hair dryer and plenty of patience. I was going to sell the items for my brother and split the proceeds but since agreeing to get rid of them earlier in the week, he has changed his mind today and wants to do something different with them ... a few hours down the pan (... I could have left him to clean them up
).

There's a little search bar where you can search for any product or service you want. When the list comes up, click "Products in the dooyoo catalogue"
If your product / service is there, click on it and there will be an option in top right hand corner of page that says "write a review"
I would suggest writing in word etc first and then copying onto site, that way you can spell check before you publish.0 -
as much as it pains me I have just realised that my profit so far (day 1!) will clear my Next catalogue balance and stop me getting service charges each month where i am only making min payment so I am gonna use my 'profit' to pay that off and will be starting from scratch again tomorrow.0
