I am about to venture online (ebay/amazon/play etc to start with, then full website in time) with a new business selling alternative accessories, body jewellery etc. and I am after a business name. I've come up with a few ideas but I just wanted some experienced input if thats okay!
I am looking for something that won't date, is edgy and memorable and which will appeal to a younger demographic. It doesn't need to be jewellery orientated per say but I think if its edgy enough, it will be memorable.
at the moment I am toying with....
Proto Retro
Future Body
Pierced Monkey
Indie Pindie
indie retro
future indie
pseudo retro ( I think this is my fav at the moment)
I would love your input and any other suggestions gratefully received!

Pierced Up
On the pierce0 -
if there are any names you like, try seeing if the website names are still available. You really should buy the domain name even if you arent thinking about selling online yourself just yet. If you go to something like 123 reg its not much to buy the domain name.

The only problem with using Pierced Monkey is that for young people it is a decription of how can I say this. A female version of a Prince Albert.
This could be a good thing for business or could work against you, just take it into account0 -
ummm. I will have to think about it a bit more ... my instant thought was "holey cow" but I don't think your customers would like the bovine inference
.

Holey cow is good! Can already picture the logo of a cow with nose studs ( variation on the bull with a ring through it's nose!)0

Having looked at your list for a while, Pierced Monkey does jump out ... I didn't realise it had another meaning (I am so out of touch
).

Could work but now I have a mental image of udder piercing which I can't shift ..."I hear and I forget. I see and I remember. I do and I understand." — Confucius0
