Hello folks, havent had much chance to post this week, but have just had listings finish on ebay so thats another £10 after expenses of posting/fees etc, and a space cleared in a cupboard, so two birds with one stone!!!! Doing some costings re my other income spinner just now, and its looking not too bad - hopefully for an outlay of approx £20.00 I should get back at least £60 so profit of £40 - hopefully a bit more.
Going to clear out more, and male some more money and have a nice clean tidy house in the bargain!!!! ----if only :-)
Glad to see so many of you doing so well, stick with it its amazing that in only a week I have made/saved near £100!!!!Every days a School day!0 -

i cant remeber who or find the post but someone mentioned earlier that if they're selling something on ebay and dont expect to get much for it they list it at 99p for 1 day but select automatic relisting. i have tried this but cant find the option for automatic relisting. can anyone help me out?"it's better than a poke in the eye with a pointy stick" - my dad, regularly throughout my childhood when I complained about something being too small/not perfect/not tasty/not what I wanted. he was right every time.0

Hey everybody,
I've been lurking since New Year and I'm ready to join the challenge if I can! The original postings really got me motivated and I've dug out all sorts of old books and cd's to sell on Amazon. I sold 4 books in my first week!
I've enjoyed reading the thread and there are so many good ideas and tips flying about, it's great that we all help each other out.
Does anybody have a Dooyoo referal link that they want me to use? I only ask as I'm going to sign up and start writing some reviews!0 -

listed another 5 things on ebay just now, still waiting for someone to cough up and pay for an item, won 20p on daily free scratchcard....rich!.
i paid for one of those wholesale sites a while back, to be honest although there were tons of sites to choose from alot were down, some you have to be vat registerd etc to sign up, others you have to visit their store but there were a couple that you could buy directly from i think its better looking yourself via google thats how i found some decent ones.
hope that helps.2017 Debt - £14.5k

Thankyou and well done for doing this challenge !"Do not let what you can't do interfere with what you can do."0 -
. Hi there it was me who posted that earlier, you can set your listing to automatic relist by going to items for sale, then on the far right side of each item you have the option on a dropdown menu to relist, sell similar, end item- SET Auto assignment- just choose that option.
Thankyou and well done for doing this challenge !
Are you using Selling Manager ... can't see the option in the normal My Ebay selling section or anywhere in TurboLister?
Edit: Yes you are ... answered own question by downloading it and having a gander ... looks like a much better interface than the normal one."I hear and I forget. I see and I remember. I do and I understand." — Confucius0 -
aarrgh Eyesparky and (Rich)Skintbint you two are the official £100 to £10k forum watchguards!
Your virtual kick up the backside worked! But next time, please can you not do it with your steel toed boots and in some nice fluffy cotton wool slippers instead!!! ;D
I got so worried that I would come on here and report no progress that I've spent the last 45 minutes just sorting the 2 big bag of clothes into size bundles!!!
then I jumped on ebay and now I see that a lot of people get good prices by selling items of clothing separately... So, now i'm all confuzzled and in two minds about best way to get the most out of the clothes sales!
Ever the diplomat, I've decided to 'test the market' and try listing :
1) a "bundle" of summery type clothes and
2) Separate listings of "wintery" clothes listed by item and will see what happens .
Will see which results in better sales
Thank you both for getting my a**e in gear
