I love it
I am glad I am not on my own!
Is this stuff you have brought or is it your own stuff?

Not sure how best to go about it
The chitchat is useful as I think a lot of us are trying to join up to a community spirit too. For me this is like dieting. If you diet it has a start date and an end date. Then its over. Healthy eating however suggests a lifetime change of habits and outlook. I kinda see this thread as having the ability to change my financial planning and ability to make money for the long term, not just the 365 days of the challenge. And with a list of over 250 people, I think there needs to be chit chat to keep people involved in this challenge. We will get to know who has kids, why they are doing this challenge, if they get married, if they lose a loved one etc.. This is a supportive thread as well as factual. I hope to make some very good friends from this.
But as I said I do agree that the thread is running away from us !
They have a daily chat thread on one of the forums which expires at midnight and they create another. Does anyone think we could do similar? Maybe " £100 to £10,000 daily chat " or weekly chat? This could be for kicks up the bum, or new ideas or what do you think about ...
Knowing how many kids someone has etc is not relevant to the thread. Nice thoughts but there are over 250 members if everyone wrote their daily goings on the whole sysem would collapse. Posting about how, where etc you think you can achieve your goal, asking for ideas help etc thats great. People having 'personal' chats between themselves is not at all helpful to anyone and just blocks the thread up. PM should be used for that.
Maybe OP could have thoughts on this at it was his idea. But for example how about limiting posts to once a week to give an update on how one has got on? Plus of course any that need advice at any other time.

3 of my ebay items have bids :j 2 of them were opening bids of £10 and one has 39 watching it:eek:. I used to get really excited about lots of people watching my items:o until I realised it was mostly people watching to see how much it sold for.
Spent yesterday researching the idea I have and as soon as this flipping snow goes I can get out and buy supplies
Have a good one everyone:D0 -
My babies cot has a mountain of clothes underneath it just waiting to be put on Ebay!I've made nearly £30 on Ebay already just selling stuff I don't wear anymore and have got another £10 worth of bids. Must try and do some match betting today if I get a chance.0

I need some help - just had an email from someone interested in buying some trainers I advertised on gumtree, they say they want to buy them for a friend who lives in west africa and they are willing to pay £30 for postage. They want to pay me via paypal and for me to send them directly to the friend (this guy is in Finland) Is this genuine do you think? or is it a scam? Im a little nervous about it.Reclaimed Charges £2433

going to list all my baby clothes (boo hoo) but we wont be having anymore in the near future so they are taking up alot of space.
also can anyone direct me to the link that explains about daily clicks, scratches and the like please."it's better than a poke in the eye with a pointy stick" - my dad, regularly throughout my childhood when I complained about something being too small/not perfect/not tasty/not what I wanted. he was right every time.0 -
