    Hi Bing0.

Well i have spent £19 of my money buying 8 double duvet cover sets in quite modern patterns. hoping to do well with them on ebay in the newyear when everones mind turns to DIY and decorating to freshen up house for spring. Not a huge fortune I know but maybe ok.

ANyone looked into dropshipping? I did breifly but felt there was no real profit in it but if anyone feels diffrently I would be interested in hearing their thoughts. Via PM if they would rather not post on the board is fine.
They may be worth advertising in the freeads/local paper as unwanted xmas gift ? If you have several items the same you only need one advert still ! Highlight what the original RRP was and sell for 50% off. What we all need to remember is that there are millions of people still not on the internet. These people only have the old style way of finding bargains, one being the classified adverts.......go for it ! :T

Depends how much they are worth - but postage has to be free on those items on eBay so that is worth bearing in mind

moneymakestheworldgoround & scrooge2008 -thanks for the info, wow £1000 for one day selling sponges!(would have this challenge finished by march!!!) will definitely follow up on that - i would be delighted with £200 after expenses - am useless at deciding what to charge made some cracking novltey christmas cakes and charged £8-10 but i know looking at websites they would retail at about 70-80 at least so will probably charge about £30 until i see how i go and depending on the design.
    thanks again

  • Hi All,
For those of you who already regularly visit your local car boots and markets I wanted to ask what are your thoughts on selling soaps etc (similar in style to what Lush do) Do you think they'd sell well and are there any health and safety rules I'd have to abide by?
I fully intend to visit my local markets as well as some a little further away near my in-laws caravan in the new year, I'm compiling a list of things to look out for to resell on ebay but was wondering about actually selling soaps etc at the markets?
Many Thanks, Merry Christmas to all!
