Have spent the afternoon researching angel policies for the rubber stamps I use. One of my favourite sets doesn't have an angel policy at all, so I can't use them - darn! I've emailed a company in the US to query as they only mention the US on their angel form, so I am keeping my fingers crossed that I can use them. On the up side, one of my fave manufacturers has possibly the most lenient angel policy I've ever come across - basically yeah, do what you want with them :) Which means I've spent the a while on their website browsing their stamps to make up for the ones I won't be able to use at all.

The set I was intending to use I may slap on ebay, as I've used them for a lot of projects already and need to freshen my collection up a bit.

I've also researched what I need to do for a business paypal account. Anyone know if I can have a personal one and a business one? I do use paypal for buying my own stuff and transferring money to friends etc. so it would be a pain if I suddenly had charges on my personal transactions too.

It is exciting to get started and good luck to everyone! I've reserved the Secret and am picking it up from the library tomorrow.

I have exams a week on Monday and have a lot of study to do, but in the vein of doing something I have started listing books on amazon and finding bits for ebay/amazon. I want to list 10 things and find 10 things everyday. This will get me going and once my exams are done I will get going with Phase 2. This is actually listing items for sale on ebay, doing carboots, registering for daily clicks/surveys/mystery shopping, and doing dooyoo, scratchcards and anything else I can think of to add to my list! I've got a notebook where I am jotting down ideas and I have to dig out a ledger book which I know I have somewhere to keep track of ingoings and outgoings. Plus a daily plan for what I will do.

I've also started paying for my shopping in cash instead of using my card. It forces me to stick to my budget and I have 2 money boxes at home where I will dump the change along with any cash I am lucky to find, save or receive. I'll take them to the bank when they are full and add to the total. Luckily my local branch has one of those sorting machines you can dump your change in.

I have a few ideas for the bigger money plan but I am still formulating them. I want to start implementing that plan in February or so. By then I should have the steady trickle of the little things going to keep my total going slowly upward.

OH is very supportive and he is getting involved too, he is does a couple of hours tutoring a week and is also applying to be an OU tutor, they have a few courses in his specialisation and it would work out around £240 per month after tax and NI for 4-5 hours a week on top of his regular wage. He has also been accepted to mark exam papers in the summer session.

    We're going to do this!

Wow let us know the end result! Electricals seem to go well so I think you'll get a little more on top of that

You can have one personal and one Premier or business.

Don't forget to raise your limits. It can creep up on you, and before you know it your money is locked away.
(I speak from experience here :o)
This is my opinion. There are many others like it but this is mine

Anyone on Dooyoo that would like to add me i'm Dreamer87 on there, if you'd like to all post your account names we can add each other and rate our reviews

You all need to be aware if you're going to pool together and rate each other on Dooyoo that they frown on this and you can have your accounts cloed without warning. It's known as a clicking cartel.

Dooyoo is a great site to be a part of and the rewards good, but you do need to put the effort into both your reviews and reading and rating other people's reviews.
  • id recommend signing up with paypal, you would get alot more custom, ive only ever received payment through paypal, alot of people will trust you more also.
