Kazonline, it was a prelim hearing, went well and I have a continued hearing for a few months time where I get to argue my case with all the evidence I have gathered. Here is a link to my thread on the consumeraction group if you are interested http://www.consumeractiongroup.co.uk/forum/scotland/13879-i-am-going-court.html

:rotfl: :rotfl: :rotfl: Well it wasn't ties but he had dumped his trainers outside the patio door:mad: . We have a cut out bit of the stairs that has been made into a cupboard for shoes, so I slung them into the middle of garden. Made sure our 6 yo told on me so he knew where they were, reminded him again an hour later, just mentioned it again and he's gone out and it's been raining so they are wet thru:D . Apparantly I am childish and out of order:rolleyes: but I don't care:p :rotfl:0

I didn't manage anything through the week as it was manic at work with the OFSTED inspectors in.
I had quite a good day at it yesterday though with DH, although he was much more up for it than me at first, we spent a good 45mins working together.
DH hoovered all of downstairs while i sorted out 3 loads through the WM, including bedding. We then took advantage of the bed being stripped to move our bed, pull everything out from underneath, hoover, dust, wash skirting boards, windowsills and the light shade. We cleared one whole lot of dust. DH also put all of his clean clothes away, so it was delightful to go to bed with such a fresh smelling room. :T
We even managed to declutter, taking everything out of the bedside table drawers, charity shopping some stuff, and then putting it all back really neatly. Also, putting all the books on the bedside table back on the bookcase as i have no time at all for reading at the moment.
I do feel really pleased with what we did, although i know i could be more ruthless with some of the clothes, i am waiting till after the baby is born and i can see what i fit in properly after that and a reaonable period of slimming down again.
I may not have managed the whole house in a week, but we are slowly coming round to the idea of a room per weekend for deep cleaning, and generally being a lot more organised in the rooms done so far.
We both just need to be less slobbish and put things away once used.

I've not exactly been flying lately, but on Saturday DD and I attacked her clothes  She has got more clothes than me and OH put together!!!!
We sorted them out into too small (straight in a basket for ebay), out of season but only just fits (also into ebay basket as she's constantly growing ATM), long sleeved tops/jumpers/jackets/trousers (in that order :rotfl: ) to one end of the wardrobe, summer stuff to the other end of her section, "posh" stuff (IOW skirts and matching tops) together and then we put the uniform inbetween her shoes organiser (holds footwear, swim suit, knickers, socks, and nightware in seperate compartments) & jumper organiser (which I use for her bedding) so that it's seperate ready to go to school next week for their spare uniform cupboard as she'll have a different (and better for hiding the muck) uniform next year!
Most of what we "ebayed" was underwear so I'll be taking that to the clothes bin at Tesco's next time I go that way. Most annoying though was a pair of trousers I picked up from Woolworths last school holidays costing me £9 that no longer fit her! Mind you, she's also managed to get some clothes out of the "too big" box so it's not all bad. So DD's room is completely done now, except for touching up paintwork (which I won't be doing until we are guarenteed of having our water back on permenantly  ) and sorting out some of the bits which we have stored in the top/bottom of her cupboard.:j

I should have stuck this on yesterday.
I did the food shop, my shop and scan, B and Q, and mothercare, and put it all away neatly.
I ended up back in the bathroom, and gave the suite a good scrub while i was waiting for my face mask to set. :rotfl: Normally i would just sit there so i felt this was a really good use of my time.
I also washed the bottles that were around the bath, and scrubbed round all the taps with a tooth brush, so it is all very nice and shiny.
I do need to do the tiles in there, although i think that can be a summer hols job.
I managed to notice some dust webs on the ceiling in my bedroom, so i will have to attack them then too. DH didn't look up when he was hoovering obviously, but i can't whinge too much about him as he is a star really.
Today i was up at 6, and emptied the clothes airers so it was all folded, and got a load through the WM and onto the airers. Not bad for before work.
I have just washed up last nights dishes (OOPS - i hate leaving them). I'm hoping DH will do dinner when he comes in if i look tired and pathetic enough, and then i might try and do some ironing. But i also have some school work to do and i'm off wednesday for catching up if need be.
Too many decisions. Is there only me and Nicki still here????0 -
Me too!!!
Got back onboard today with my homeblessing - which is pretty good going for me 'cause I've been really tired today. Most of the day passed me by, but got on and did the blessing this evening. Boy do I need a shower now!:p
I've been reading what you've been up to and am really impressed, good on you :T :T :T cha97michelle - you will be so glad you've done all this when the little un comes along. I wish I'd had some idea about how to run a home before I had my first - but as I was just 17 not much chance of that!!!
Best wishes,

Hello everyone!
I got home from that horrible work place this afternoon to discover that the window cleaner had paid a visit. I am so ashamed, he will have seen my pigsty of a kitchen:o. That's the kitchen which Moggins congratulated me on getting so sparkling and clean just two weeks ago. He must think I am a right minger. He unwittingly shamed me into doing something about it. Amazingly it didn't take long at all, it was really a matter of clearing the worktops, wiping down and putting stuff into the dishwasher then of course giving the sink a good shine. It looks fab again and smells like a flowershop - I gave it a final run over with a solution of Zoflora disinfectant, it smells lovely! I'll do the floor tomorrow, can't stand doing floors...
Mr WindowCleaner is back on Thursday for his money so I will ensure the kitchen door is as wide open as it will go and that he gets a good eyeful (of the kitchen that is, not me!).
I'm really impressed by the hard labour that has gone into the Flylady Challenge, I'm such a lazy cow compared to you all.0 -
Hi all of you, I'm still here, keep going, it's going to be so worth it when you get there!Organised people are just too lazy to look for things

FLC for today was a load through the WM.
I am having a bit of a FLC in my classroom. I have managed to sort out one of the sides, and the computer desk. I have just twigged that i need to empty my room and desk so they can be used next year by other people. To be honest, my classroom isn't that bad, but the desk is just out of sight out of mind most of the time, soi had best start doing a bit every break/lunchtime so i don't have to go in on the hols.
I have been a lot more ruthless with it since i have realised that i have to bring anything home that i value to stop my head of department throwing it out. He is a complete neat freak, and actually tidied my desk for me when i was off for 2 days.
I should get a bit more done tomorrow as i'm off work, but i have so many reports and other bits to do that i am really struggling.
Thanks for keeping me on track.
