    Here Here!

I am also grateful for Claire21's presence on the boards, although she costs me a fortune :rotfl:

So what if something else has been posted before, who has time to read the whole thread?

Wow, the season of goodwill has obviously passed some people by!

Claire21 has posted LOTS of fantastic grabbits lately and I am very grateful as she has saved me a fortune.
I am sure she gets MUCH more satisfaction from helping people grab bargains than she gets from her thanks count!

    Keep 'em coming Claire!

This lovely lady has saved me a fortune too.

Claire21 was trying to be helpful, posting the items as the website changed them, we like to be helpful here, and, as a lot of grabbits happen in real time, we need updated posts so we can get in before it's too late.

    Back to topic.

I can't find the post from the user who discovered that the SNS works like this in store too......and I want to thank them.

Even using a new account I couldn't get the SNS to work online. So when I popped into the localish one last night, after swimming lessons. (timed rather nicely for the reduction scramble:cool:), I had a wee look.

Lo and behold 50% bean dispensers on the shelf, grabbed the 2 I wanted. At the till I had a flashback to the users post, and asked the SA if SNS was available in store.
Yes she says but only for homeware and some other blurb, so not for these. The DM was lurking and piped up, scan it and see......and it worked.:j
Not just a sucker for sweeties..:o
  • I've lost count of the bargains Claire21 has saved me money on - thanks Claire - you're fab !

I am going to M&S later to look for a jelly bean machine - could someone be kind enough to tell me what SNS means???? :o

This is all new to me too, but such fun! :D

    SNS = spend n save.

They had a wee pile of red leaflets (not the £5 food save ones), at the side of the till, the DM pulled a ticket off of it and handed it to the SA to scan.

So when you first go in, ask for a spend n save voucher, then hand it over with your goodies. The SA might say it won't work (as mine did), but I found in Boots that if you smile, are charming, and ask them nicely to try and scan it they will. Then it'll work. The tills reads the OP (original price) and applies the discount, just like the website.

I do hope the IT Director for Marks has his job for a long long time.:rotfl:

I too have to thank Claire21. I think most of the bargains i have got are due to her finding such great deals.

I dont know how she always finds these deals and glitches but boy am I glad she does as she has already saved me about £400 this year.:j

    Thanks Claire21.:T

I agree with all of you that Claire21 is fab and so helpful. She often posts helpful discount code links in threads to save people searching for them, also pointing out the ones people can use. Thank you so much Claire. X
