Thanks for info op ended up getting 2 things for myself lol should have cost £98 after all discounts paid £51.85 bargain!!
  • Thanks for the review.
Didn't realise it had an alarm tbh but I doubt it would be used for that anyway.
I've got it so hubby can listen at work.
I know he likes to listen to Planet Rock on the net but I *think* you can only get it on digital so he cannot hear it any other way.
M&S shows it at £59 but when you go through checkout it deducts £20.

    Sorry back on topic... :o

Mine definitely picks up planet rock on DAB :D

Claire21 - please ignore the miserable, spiteful, jealous people that seem to find perverse pleasure in knocking other people. You thoroughly deserve every single one of the thanks that you have received and Christmas in my house, and thousands of others across the country, will be all the merrier this year because of you.

I wasn't going to come back in on this thread but people did mail me to tell me about it.

I decided just to say thanks for the kind comments people left, so that you knew I saw them.

Guess I won't expect a Christmas card lol.

Add me to your list of fans claire21...(but my OH doesn't like you too much....your posts usually cost him money :rotfl:)

No need for snidey digs, people seem to forget they're in charge of their own eyes and can easily move them away from whatever annoys them.

  • Claire21 has saved me a fortune since I joined this site! Gosh I can't believe someone would say such horrible things - anyway, nevermind I suppose there is always one.

i am not miserable spiteful or jealous just seems a bit sad copying other peoples bargains or posting your own again and again just for thanks i have found some bargains from her but the majority are copied. didnt mean to cause offense just pointed it out as the board is cluttered enough without duplicates.

    To Claire21 and emweaver

Wishing you both a merry christmas and heres hoping for a glitch full new year with lots of lovely people like claire taking the time out of their day to spot, copy and paste, post on a thread, answer questions, seek out solutions, spot codes, direct people to them etc etc etc.

I doubt very much that claire sits around all day pondering how to increase her thanks quota on a web site forum. Not really one of lifes ambitions for most people now is it?

I think claire is the type of person that in this cynical world many of us have forgotten actually still exist. Shes a human being who when she sees something that might help others goes out of her way to make sure that others know about it. More than that, even though I believe she would have better things to do, when some can't find what they want, if she knows the answer or where the answer is she helps again.

This forum exists because of people like her, this forum works because of people like her.
She adds to the world, she doesn't take away from it.

People like claire, make me smile, make me happy, make me far less cynical,

As far as I am concerned people like claire can't be thanked enough.

Merry christmas to you all on MSE and heres to another New Year where we help each other through some difficult times and make each other smile-which after all is priceless.
