I had used it myself but am using a new account (my husband has just become a new customer ) and it's not letting me use it? I wondered if there was a specific type of item that needed to be in the basket to trigger the code?

I have been playing about with the codes and on my account the spend and save only seems to kick in with a full price of £60 or above. Might need to try that!

Spend and save definately kicks in at £35, I went in-store this morning and £39 was the total before discounts and it knocked off £4.88. I have also tried the same items on-line and it is exactly the same price as in-store.

How odd, it wouldn't kick in on mine till I had spent over £60. Oh well, still got what I needed at a good price so not going to complain! Perhaps there are different rules depending on what you buy compared to what you spend.
