Problems with Zavvi. Anyone else?

Similar problem for me. Ordered a ps3 game. Returned it unopened. Return took forever because they didn't respond to my email for 4 days! Sent back and now its been 2 and half weeks and no refund. Tried calling, everytime I've been put on hold for approx 20 mins and no answer so I emailed and its been 3 days and STILL no response. They're a farce. Never ordering from them again. And there is no way to make a complaint online from what I can see!

Slow dispatch, slow delivery, rather slow customer services.

I for one won't be ordering from them again, I only ordered as I had a code to get £5 off a £20 spend.

Hello it is a bit of advice i am seeking, last night i purchased a xbox one from zavvi. The item should of been £399, however when i purchased the item the website deducted £250 off the total amount because the website is advertising up to £250 off items from nov - dec, bringing my purchase to £149.99. This morning i received a email from zavvi stating that due to a price error they have had to cancel my order due to a error on their website. Again i have looked on their website and it is still stating the £250 off items through nov - dec. I Have sent x2 emails to zavvi but no response as of yet. I was under the impression that zavvi would have to honor their sale to myself and not refund myself, is this correct and if so how do i resolve this matter.
