I have been experiencing similar delivery problems. I am hoping it is because of the xmas post delays. I ordered 2 items on 1st Dec. Despatch e-mails duly arrived very quickly advising my goods had been sent out. I am still waiting. It is the first time I have ordered from them, and would think twice next time.I am just hoping they arrive for christmas!!:mad:0

glad im not the only one. ordered stuff last weekend dispatched on monday still not turned up... my post is a bit slow at the moment, hoping it will trickle through today or beggining of next week. luckily O/H's now off till christmas so can take parcels in for me

Yeap, 2 orders placed on 2/12/09, one now says awaiting stock pick, est dispatch 22/12/09 - the other says awaiting stock pick, est dispatch 8/12/09.

i ordered 3 things at end of november and still waiting for 1 item i think that there delivery is pretty slow but then you cant complain cause they are cheap.2010 - Goals

Wii controller ordered 30/11 - still waiting. Mind you, wh smith took best part of a month to despatch the same item. Can't see why there's a delay and can't reorder elsewhere as it was only £17.95

My orders took a few weeks too but it looks like they are being sent from Jersey (or Guernsey?) and have to go through customs etc.0

I do think it's unfair that these companies do not make it clear enough that they are dispatching from outside the UK and there may be customs delays.0 -
I was missing 2 orders out of 8 so I went to check my account and... one is rabbids tv which is out of stock and the other was the soap season 1 which is now showing at £11.85 and my £1.85 order has been cancelled which I guess is fair enough!
