    Well we never swore at any member of staff before we were barred and certainly didn't make them fear, but we did say we would report them to head office. They just wanted rid of us so they could go home without paying out the money. We have the money now thankfully.
    BENGAL-STRIPE OH has used this branch since he was a young child and got on well with most of the older staff. I have used this branch since we took the mortgage out 8 years ago.Never a problem. Yes front line customer service staff do get abuse but this isn't the case here.

    I'd not bother waiting till monday... you were promised a call.. and you didn't get one... I'd see how quick they are to react to a news paper calling them up... :)

    Good that you got the money - have you sent a written complaint? Always better than verbal one & usually has more clout cos they cant deny you sent it - esp if you send recorded!
