Was going to say I'm feeling better today but I think stronger is the better word when I think on it.redsquirrel80 wrote: »I didn't get the jobredsquirrel80 wrote: »they emailed rather than phoning :rolleyes:I know what you mean about playing out scenes in your head. I take that as one of the first signs for me as I can actually bring myself to tears thinking of the most elaborate and often destructive scenarios.
I'm beginning to think that it's the true freaks that don't mentally play out tragedies; at least that's my theory and I'm sticking to it:D:D
Had to drag B out of bed this morning, complaining of headache and being cold...Have to say I feel a tad dodgy this morning, stupid cough, lack of sleep and feeling soooo tired!

Maz - since I've had Evie and my periods returned, i feel like a spot has become this season's must have accessory cos i'm never without one! Glad that golferman is working out for you!Itsarandom wrote: »I want a roaring firesadly all I have is roaring neighbours!!
Things in the house of cat are good. I'm laughing at evie's attempts to crawl (she has the feet going forward, the bum goes up in the air, one arm props her up and the other becomes a pivot point that she then start to spin around:rotfl::rotfl::rotfl:
Right, have to go get an invitation. Evie is inviting her aunty out for a coffee and muffin on aunty's birthday next weekend; of course this means that mummy gets to have a muffin too as it would be RUDE not to:cool:DFW Nerd Club #545 Dealing With Our Debtnever attribute anything to malice which can be adequately explained by stupidity, [paranoia or ignorance] - ZTD&[cat]

No, haven't got a gum shield - I haven't seen anyone wearing them actually. Mind you, most of them don't even wear shin guards.
The velcro on mine is very annnoying - the soft bit faces up, away from the skin, and the scratchy bit faces down, so you have to line them up absolutely perfectly, otherwise you end up with scratched and sore calves. If they just swapped them over, it wouldn't happen. Design fault, methinks!"I wasn't wrong, I just wasn't right enough.":smileyhea97800072589250 -
Xmas isn't really a good time for job hunting as people ore more focussed on office parties and presents. 2010 will be our year on the job front;)

RS - they're obviously !!!!!! for not recognizing your strengths and appointing you!! Have you asked for feedback and advice for the future?
:rotfl:Thanks Cat. I have asked for feedback - believe it or not they emailed back and asked if I would like the feedback by email, phone or would I like to drop in to the office and do it in person! I suppose it's good of them to offer but I don't really want to trek over there again to be told what I did wrong. I've gone for the email option but not heard anything else yet.Debt@16.12.09 £10,362.38, now debt free as of 29.02.2012."I cannot make my days longer so I strive to make them better."0 -
