My skin cleared up when I cut yeast from my diet.....a lot of other health benefits too...I can just about tolerate bread/yeast once or twice a week now.
It's so dark and miserable here, but we have the christmas lights on, the fire's roaring away and I've got some nice smelly candles lit......I've wrapped one lot of pressies....DH tried to help but he's not in a great way today so he was official sellotape passer
Just going to go and get the burger mix made for tea and then snuggle down to watch a film.

Your days sounds lovely at the moment Pooky, Im sure DH would rather be out at work and better but must also be nice for him to be around for all the christmas build up. Days with the lights on, fire roaring and wrapping presents
