Morning all
Just caught up with last nights thread
Luc - Take care of yourself, keep talking x
Linda - You asked about pressies last night....the ones under the tree are from me and DH...Father Christmas doesn't have the monopoly on gift giving round here
Scaredy - I did post some finished pics of the salt dough somewhere....if not there's some on my FB - just give me a shout if you want to see.
Plans for today....
Wrapping, wrapping and more wrapping....I've got 5 clear childfree days to get everything wrapped and hidden and I've still go pressies to finish making
Need to make turkey burgers for tea - some cakes for a DD2's cake sale at school and some cookies whilst the oven is on.
Pop to town if it's not raining and nip to the shops I can't get to when I've got DH with me (amazing how many shops say they're wheelchair friendly but clearly aren't)
Need to cut DH's hair too if there's time.
But first.....breakfast!

Morning Pooky and any latecomers
Was going to say I'm feeling better today but I think stronger is the better word when I think on it.
My brain is still racing and I keep rehearsing conversations and planning events in my heat that I know, rationally, are never going to happen but I have learned over the last few months that it a symptom of what I'm going through. But as I say I feel stronger and that lovely people is because I know I can draw on the support of you here and the wonderful women in my support group.
Anyway - todays plans include:
Tidy lounge as we're decorating the rest of the room tonight (did tree last night though;))
Pop into Glasgow where I need to:
Get Hubbles' birthday present
Go into ex employer to get PPI form completed
Get a nice box for one of Mum's presents
Meet friend for lunch
Phone physiotherapist re back problem
Make 2 boy first birthday cards and 3 special Xmas cards then put stuff away until next year
Make sock monkeys
Finish Mum's presents
Update Xmas present list ready for shopping with Hubbles on Friday
Hmmm - gonna be busy then:rolleyes:

Luc, so glad to hear you are feeling a bit stronger today, I know what you mean about playing out scenes in your head. I take that as one of the first signs for me as I can actually bring myself to tears thinking of the most elaborate and often destructive scenarios.
That, and the feeling of creatures crawling over my scalp:o
I tried the anti Ds and I had such a bad reaction to them that I never went on them again but i did opt for a run of sessions with the GP's counceller who was excellent. I sort of use this place to air my problems and special friends:A
Take care sweetheart xBut these things take time, I know that I'm, the most inept that ever stepped.0 -

I hate how they keep you hanging on for so long to say you didn't get it...

Morning.
Glad you are more positive today Luc - you had me worried.
Today I need to go to County Office to sign about 200 Christmas cards!
I need to be there at 10, it's a half hour journey and I'm not showered.
Time to move maybe.0
