  • It's clearly not currently fit-for-purpose, the car dealer doesn't sound as if they'll be making any serious (or costly) attempts to fix the problems either.

    Demand your money back.
  • I need advice from your consumer dept. I purchased a pair of glasses from optical express which they broke . I requested a refund from their stockport Merseyway branch which they refused saying I would receive a cheque through the post in 28 days. As these glasses are not fit for purpose are they allowed to do this . I cannot buy anymore glasses until I get my money back.

I rather think you've been fobbed off

    When did you buy them?
How did you pay for them?
    When did they break?
    How much were they?
