I need to explain this as exactly as possible, so my parents know what to expect.
This seems like a lot of hassle to go through just to get C5, Fiver and FiveUS, but when they've paid for subscriptions including the BBC, et al in the past (through valid local Spanish satellite providers), they've lost the UK channels within months and had no means of recourse.

They only have a small satellite dish and don't want to get a big replacement.

Trust me, I have activated quite a few of these cards here in the UK, for friends in Spain.

Do not try to activate the card in Spain.

All my channels had stopped working as i was no longer with sky but up until about 7 weeks ago i still had some basic channels,then got the message about new card and they all stopped.I turned the box off, took the card out turned back on and to my surprise i could get all my basic channels again hope this may help some.
