I got a wombly letter on my boyfriends card (that he doesn't use) so they obviously clocked that there isn't much genuine action on it so I'm laying off the wombling for a while. Does anyone know as an aside how long you get to use up your deals tokens once you've got them? I want to order some eurostar tickets but I don't know exactly when I'll be able to go to Paris yet. I got a letter inviting me to get an extra 500 points for converting to deals for the first time (even though I have already got deals for something else, I suppose it could be because the other card was used (I have a club+ card and a tesco credit card) Unfortunately I don't know which token I used so I'll have to do a mixture of both and hope that does the trick.MFi3 member 105 - MFW date Oct 2023 - 12 years 9 months more0

I renewed some of my deal vouchers as they were due to end soon and I wanted to carry on saving, they now expire at the end of August. I was wondering if I will be able to squeeze in 2 more mailings? Anyone know when the next one (and the one after) is due?2p off is still 2p off!0

I'm not a regular reader of this thread - tend to have a nosey once in a while.
Wombling - you need a degree of control - it you take the proverbial you can be rumbled by Head Office and find yourself being penalised and losing all of your points.
Womble with caution - everything in moderation.
Personally looking through rubbish bins for receipts is not my thing - each to their own though.
Just don't cry here if you Womble 20 plus receipts each time you visit Tesco and find yourself with an unplesant missive from Dundee

I'm sure someone on here said something about checking that they weren't all receipts for the same day, too, or you are well and truly rumbled. Maybe they don't mind taking three a day because they know that us avid coupon users will think nothing of popping back that many times in a day to maximise our coup' useage.

Hi, I hope this is the right place to post this, but I have some mobile phones and a printer cartridge that I want to recycle for the Tesco points. I found some phone recycling envelopes in my store, but nothing for the ink cartridge - does anyone have any ideas of how to get one, or where I should be finding one in the store?
Thanks.0 -

Hello - first posting.
fatboyonadiet - the next two mailings are due in May and August so you may just squeeze in two more.
I have been a points addict for a short while now - now running a couple of cards and an avid wombler (not of the bin variety!!). A romatic trip to London for our anniversary even saw us wombling at the Tesco express stores opposite parliament and at picadilly - it was just second nature.. how sad!!!
Looking forward to chatting and learning more.
best wishes

No answer from the other tescos thread so I thought I'd ask here. I just grabbed another tescos clubcard to put in my husbands name so we get some more mailings for extra points. What happens - we both have the same surname but diff initials so should I collect points on both and can I use the deals vouchers together? Or shoudl i keep his card as pretty inactive (just use it for small things once in a while) and use his mailed vouchers with my clubcard to get extra points?0

My wife and I have two different cards, though both are in my name (slightly differently initialled). This just happened, but we keep on using both and get double the mailings and often double the offers, or slightly different offers, and they are perfectly interchangeable both for the in store coupons and for redeeming for deals.
Deal tokens (the cash ones that are worth 1% against shopping and 4% for deals) must be interchangeable as I had a look on ebay and basically you can auction your cash vouchers for at least DOUBLE the face value - so if you have too many vouchers for deals, sell them on ebay it seems!0
