Sorry, that was me. Sure wish they did it now!!

mcdonag - have you got any simple tips on how you got soooooooo many points??? how many cards do you have??

you may (or any one else) be able to help me answer 1 question, I'm looking at getting the tesco clubcard credit card and want to keep this seperate from my clubcard for obvious reasons (double posts on coupons being the most)....anyway.......on the application form for the credit card it asks

    1. for an existing clubcard number - This i will not put in as i know if i do it will merge the two cards which is a big no no

2.for my e-mail address......can this be the one I'm currently using for my original clubcard (this is my work e-mail as it is used and looked at everyday)?? and then when i register it on tesco.com i just put in a hotmail e-mail and my clubcard credit card number?/ thus it'll register it on a different e-mail address to my original card and should keep them seperate or should i also put the hotmail e-mail addy on my clubcard credit card application form as well??? first option is it worls is my preferred, but if it has to be the second then that's what has to be done!
  • Also printer cartridges (not epson) can't remember what points you get.

You get 100 per cartridge, theres only a few makes they take, HP and Lexmark are two of them, we use them at work so im "very helpful" and change them when they need changed, so that I can send them back and get points.

Ideally you want a different email address for it. I used the same for mine and it's ended up very messy, because you get emailed with special offers for being a credit card customer, and you have to use that email addy to use the code, but when you log in with it, it's your other clubcard account and it doesn't always work. then you have to phone them up to get the code to work. So keep them seperate if you can.
When I had my loft converted back into a loft, the neighbours came around and scoffed, and called me retro.
  • Double points on ALL printer cartridges in-store at the moment - All branded cartridges included in the offer aswell as Tesco and Tesco Value;)

Also double points on Tom Tom (Works out to 196 extra points) - Not sure which model number though:o

Till spit of 200 points for £8 spend on books, any good ideas of how I can get more than my £8 worth or spend less than £8, otherwise it's early Christmas presents :snow_laug

(anyone actually found a store with the items on the leaflet through the door? No beans, juice or relevant kitchen roll in mine, it has to be the plain one apparently...:naughty:

I have read through most of the thread and haven't seen this asked, so I apologise if it's been discussed before, but can you use the clubcard plus online if you top it up in store first?

Yes you can use it for Tesco.com for online shopping but not Tesco Direct. Hope this helps since we got the CC+ card last year it has really made the difference;)

Does the till splits depend on the settings of your clubcard and if so is there anyway to increase them? I am trying to collect as many points as I can to get a Merlin pass.

Sorry if the answer has already been posted. I had a flick through and could not see it but have to admit that I am starting to go a bit cross eyed so may have missed it.
