  • I'd love to know how you know there is bonus points on stuff in store as my local store never displays anything with extra points.

Hi, My local Tesco in Bedlington is selling 'Bee Movie' for £12.99 and an extra 300 points, I think I will get it then just give the DVD to my friends little one or put it on ebay, happy days eh! I have been reading this site for ages too and I love it!

    I've been Money Tipped!
Can someone please explain how the 'deals' thing operates? I've seen that it can theoretically quadruple the face value of the vouchers but I have no idea how to start the process.

I've been saving mine up for a while and I would like to convert them into something the whole family can enjoy.

    A very basic explanation:

You need to swap the vouchers for Clubcard Deals Tokens, each £1 in vouchers being worth £4 in Tokens, which you can then use to "buy" a whole range of goods, services & days out, topping up with "real" money if necessary. Within that range, they are interchangeable, so once you have the Tokens you can choose what to spend them on. Some of the Deals have to be "bought in full" so you have to choose at that point what you are going to spend your Tokens on as they are dedicated to that particular Deal.

You can redeem the vouchers either by post or online (by inputting the codes printed on the vouchers) & then they send the Tokens to you. The whole range of Deals is online on the Clubcard website or you can pick up a brochure instore but this doesn't have everything in it. Both places offer an explanation of the system but imho it's a bit confusing when you first see it!

Hth - but I'm no expert & still learning from the other bods here....

Use your credit card to spend abroad this summer and you'll receive double Clubcard points (2 Clubcard points for every £4 spent)

Hi, I am sure this has been discussed many times before but I'm having a blonde moment and can't find it anywhere. Now the deals tokens are printed with a name what ID is being asked for when you use them?

I went to Tesco today and the children's sticker books, colouring in books, painting books etc still were giving 50 extra points, and I am sure the children's party tableware are still giving 50 extra points until the beginning of June.
  • This may well have been covered elswhere but if I join the clubs can I redeem the vouchers without purchasing the products that they are for?
I have no interest in the clubs otherwise. Please advise!
