However i cannot work out whether this is as good as getting 4x as much on the holiday vouchers. Am i working it out wrong????0

i'm a little confused.
if i goto tesco & buy £100 worth of stuff, can i scan my clubard & get 100 points & then pay with my clubcard visa & get another 75 points (5 per £4 spent)
i am not sure if i can use both on the same transaction
thanks
No spend £100 in tesco get 125 points back in total NOT 175 as suggested"Save the cheerleader - Save the world"0 -

Thanks ampersand, what a friendly greeting! I've become totally hooked on collecting Clubcard points, especially with the introduction of the 600 BA miles for 2.50 pounds :-)0

Re the 50 points on stationary:
I saw poss for the 1st time a yellow label for extra points in my rubbish Tesco's in Selby - so I thought let's look and see the cheapest thing to buy etc etc etc.
Anyhoo - despite the proclaimed 50 extra points, there was not a single label saying on which products, so I grabbed a SA to ask, she had no idea and got the floor manager. Her response was to get what i wanted and if it didn't scan at the till she would tell the CS desk to credit it.
So I grabbed 4xa4 pads (clearance at 30 odd pence) and 4x colouring books - similar amount. Lo and behold no extra points went on so off I trotted to CS, the 2 SAs spent some time clearing a long lottery queue and eventually came to me, one refered to the other who said yes the floor manager had authorised 50 points. The one serving me however spotted i needed 8 x 50 and proclaimed 'it would be like you dan't paid for any'. She refused to do it without speaking to the FM, so off she went and 20 minutes later - i kid you not came back to say the FM was on a break and she couldn;t find her, nor the yellow label.
It took me 1/2 and hour, and being treated like a shoplifter with great suspicion (despite being in my police uniform!!!!!!!!!!!!) but eventually they agreed and I got 400 shiny points
Does anyone know which items are actaully in the promotion? I'm hopiong to go to another store that actually knows what it's doing!0 -
There are some bonus points on some of the partyware and wedding stuff, but I couldn't work out which ones either - it doesn't say on the POS, so I gave up - perhaps I should have asked too!0

Now you're ahead of me lyssie - I thought it was 60 miles per £2.50 and have not bothered with this use of vouchers.
Please could you elucidate? - sounds v.g.CAP[UK]for FREE EXPERT DEBT &BUDGET HELP:

Exactly the same scenario, lmm, and was told by a helpful asst(who came with me)that it's items with that larger yellow/black sign below them - but she said it wasn't at all sensibly displayed, was v. confusing, but they simply did as told.
Nothing wrong, btw, with buying up, expressing surprise at 'missing points' at CS, returning items and still having a few extra pts on your total - if you can make a few extra £s available to play with.CAP[UK]for FREE EXPERT DEBT &BUDGET HELP:

If you opened up one of these accounts, don't forget that after 31 May you can close it and still get your Clubcard Points. The current rate of interest is 5.25% including the 0.5% bonus, so you may be able to do better elsewhere.
Im pretty sure I opened on of these on line and was given the details iro the extra points.
Anyway paperwork has come through with no mention of points being added on in Aug!!!
Anybody else had this?:A Carpe Diem:A
