yes the cut off was end of april , don't worry mine only change to show my new point value this morning , so my vouchers are on way :rolleyes: ,peachy x

I still had my old total on my receipt last night at Mr T's, but it did also say points up to 30th April had been converted and were being sent out (by 1st June).

My points are all over the place - clubcard online says £7, till receipt £60 odd so I rang CS and they say £20?

I'm gonna wait till I get my vouchers and it all settles down, keeping all receipts and hope it pans out

hi, this is my first post, even though i have been reading for ages!
i know someone else has said about the extra points on stationary, but i went into tesco at chorley today and they had a pkt of 36 silver streamers for £1.27 and you got 75 extra points, which equates to £3.00 in deals, they also had pkts of 8 party cups for £1.50 and pkts of 8 party plates for £2.00, and you got 75 points with them as well - but the streamers were the cheapest to buy!

Just been in my local tesco and bought some stationary with the extra points, the store must be quiet between 6pm and 6am as they are offering triple points, just got home and noticed that they have not tripled any of the offer items. Looked at the advert and it says nothing about exclusions.
Has anyone come across this before, is it better to phone customer services or go back into the store,
Looking at Karen-el post, if I can get this tripled the £3 turns into £9 for a £1.27 spend

I'd love to know how you know there is bonus points on stuff in store as my local store never displays anything with extra points.

Hi Trust, triple and double points usually apply only to actual spend points and not bonus points.
