    It's easy to give in to that negative voice that chants "cant do it" BUT we lift each other up.
    We dont count all the runners ahead of us & feel intimidated.
    Instead we look back proudly at our journey, our personal struggle & determination & remember that there are those that never even attempt to reach the starting line.

    I'm wanting lasagne now! But I'd have to go out for a ready made one, and I've had pasta the last two nights anyway. Don't know what I'll have though, I just keep fancying stodge right now - pizza or pasta. I think it's a combination of it being winter and me being ill.

    And Random, you can't burn the house down with a slow cooker, I thought I'd turned mine off and it was only down, so it had had overnight on full then all day on low, and not only had it not set on fire, the food was still ok!
