My ex plays hockey - has done for about 30 years since being a teenager and still plays at quite a high level. Just keep your face out of the way of flailing sticks - it's a flippin' violent sport and faces seem to often take the brunt of it!
I think hockey was my favourite sport at school, followed by lacrosse. Did I grow up in an Enid Blyton story? :rotfl:
Women's hockey is a much more civilised affair than men's thankfully, although obviously there are still injuries.
Men's hockey is just brutal and shouty and fast and masculine and testosterone fuelled and competitive and heated and aggressive and...and...think I need a cold shower... "I wasn't wrong, I just wasn't right enough.":smileyhea97800072589250 -
Just done loads of paperwork to take into the office for posting tomorrow.

Sally, I hope Bea gets better soon.
Mmm coffee baileys time again!
Elfen, I've seen 'food flasks' in poundstretcher, can't remember how much they cost but it might be worth looking into.
Strange, I emailed the OU to see where my reg pack is because my course page is saying it was sent on the 30th, and they said that my financial support means I have to pay £50. I'd calculated it at £390. So hopefully they're right and I'm wrong! I've got £20 worth of CC vouchers too. If they're right then I can get the expensive wall unit thingy and completely finish off the flat!Unless I say otherwise 'you' means the general you not you specifically.0 -

Aren't asda also the company who complain about mothers nursing in the store and tell them to go to the toilet to do it instead? Not the most child friendly of places I think.
Beanie, thank god you had the receipts! I always write down the ref number when I submit mine, I put it in the TMA booklet next to the question so I can't lose it. I'm glad I do now, I didn't think they'd be able to lose them.Unless I say otherwise 'you' means the general you not you specifically.0
