Boots employ lots of nice SA's, me being one of them, as far as i am concerned i go out of my way on a daily basis to help boots customers get the most from their shopping trip. you should try standing the other side of the counter!!!

If you have had bad customer srvice in your store try writing to the manager, i'm sure he would love to know.

I think you can return to a store but if SA's have been told they cant then they wont do it. Just really depends on the SA! If you can, then go to someone who knows you from going in! Thats what I would do!

I am sorry but i think this is totally out of order. Doing it yourself is one thing but putting it up like this on a board read by many thousands and encouraging them to do this goes against what this site is about.
Could this go so far as being classed as fraudulent?
