Mine was unchecked but I've been getting offers too. Is it just me or does anyone else find it really hard to find the Log Out button when you're logged into your Next account?

Just press on 'my account' at the top of the page, then once loaded it's on the left hand side.

yes I always find it eventually but I'm used to websites where its usually on the right and on a button that stands out rather than hidden in a list in the same font as everything else on the left hand side.

if i remember the sale goes live boxing day so vips will probably be around the 22nd december invites probably go out the weekend before. from memory this is how i remember it last 2 xmas sales

last winter i got a vip slot. when the time came for me i could not add anything at the sale prices. not to mention the lagging chaos. i continuously tried to refresh so that i could start clicking on the items i wanted.

i ended up calling an hour after my slot and giving the codes for the stuff i wanted, some of the stuff had gone out of stock and others didnt have the sizes i wanted.

what was i doing wrong?

during your slot how do you add the sale item to basket?

i know it sounds like a stupid question but this happened in summer also. do i just add the items showing full price and then it gets discounted at checkout?

Did you go through the link from your account page or did you try going through quidco or the like first? I seem to think if you try to go through Quidco that the sale prices don't come up.

no i havent used quidco before.

when it was time for my slot i signed in. it said "your vip slot has began start shopping" or something like that. i clicked on it but it just showed the sale listings that you can see before hand.

did anyone else get this problem?

it kept crashing also, i hope it doesnt happen this time round.

what is the normal procedure ziggy?
