Didn't they say they were going to allocate a time and you could log in after that start time and not be limited to a half hour log in slot?

i think slots are still there as quite alot of people including myself called cust serv to ask when slots will be given, and if they in fact had one. i was sadly told i hadnt but you never know!

Hi Everyone,

This is my first posting here, though I have been following the Next VIP threads avidly for the last couple of years! I learned here that you can log in to find a VIP invite before receiving the emails, so thanks for that :T

Anyway, I have been very lucky to always have had a VIP invite, for as long as I can remember. BUT, I rarely ever buy anything non-sale and NEVER have an outstanding balance, so it can't be down to that. I always assumed it was because I spend a LOT in the sales :embarasse but all employees seem to suggest it's random...

No VIP on my account yet, maybe my luck has ran out!! Will keep checking and update if I see anything!

I just spoke to Customer Service and they said they don't know when the vip sale is going to start and customer service shouldn't be telling people when it is going to be.

So, it looks like some of us have had a very nice person giving them information that apparantly they shouldn't give.

its different staff in the evening, probably students with a evening job lol

I would guess that they will wait as long as possible to try to get people to pay full price before Christmas.

Free next day delivery offer ends 6pm Tuesday my guess is that the invites will be in peoples accounts sometime Sunday afternoon.

Hopefully being able to preview all of the things that I want that will be out of stock by the time I get my slot!!.
