I don't think they know tbh, i don't think anyone has been selected as yet, i called twice once they said they didnt know and the next time that i wasnt. Differenct CS are saying different things. Any VIPs got a definate yes?0

Get someone who has an email with the link in to forward it to you, thats how I got my first slot a couple of years ago and I have had one every sale since - however I may have had a slot but everything I ever earmark to by in the sale from the preview is always sold out by the time I get my slot, so consequently have never actually bought anything - GRRRR!I find this board makes me spend more than I save!:rotfl:0

my sisterf tried this it didnt work as when she signed in via link it recognised she wasnt a vip. she rang cs and was told how strange she got the email as she wasnt a vip, asked if it came from next ir a friend and had to forward it to nextWins so far this year: Mum to be bath set, follow me Domino Dog, Vital baby feeding set, Spiderman goody bag, free pack of Kiplings cakes, £15 love to shop voucher, HTC Desire, Olive oil cooking spray, Original Source Strawberry Shower Gel, Garnier skin care hamper, Marc Jacobs fragrance.0

I think part of the criteria is the amount of money you spend over the year with them. I have had a slot for the past 3 years of been with Next but i spend absolutely loads with them (although i shouldn't)! I could be totally wrong though.

yea i dont think its based on spend, as this seaon alone i have got friends to buy from my account, and we spent around £1000 and still i didnt get a slot according to cust serv! So annoying but hey, ce la vie....:j meme1230
