l am absolutely fuming:mad: why cant Next sort out there stock control!!!!! just been told that nearly a quarter of my order is not available and out of stock. Apparently when they went to pick them from the warehouse they were oos!!!!
what l dont get is if you dont have stock why let customers order them and also l recieved an email saying they were on the way....so what happened???? l reckon they must have sent it out to someone else.... really angry and right now hate Next!!!!!!
l didnt even get anything from instore because l was expecting them to arrive. (l orderd at about 6.45pm).....

Hmm I'm still waiting on a lot of stuff too, perhaps this is the case for me too, oh well never mind I can keep my money. NIMI most of the stuff that has reached me is not so good and is going back so maybe its saved you that bother.

Hi, can I ask what the stock/delivery was when you made your order. I ordered two jackets for my boys which I really would like to receive but they said 2-4 weeks for delivery but what I don't get is why/how they sell things in the sale if they are not ready and available to send out.

Is it looking likely that I will not receive my items then ? I hope not.

well l had ordered some tops for my 3 yr old boy and joggers and hoody top set for my 4 yr old girl. Also a pair of boots for her and a trapper hat all oos now:mad: all in all must have been about 10 items.

I had the opposite problem they sent me everything twice! It was a right pain having to sort everything out and take it to the store to return - I thought it was too much to send via the courier as I didnt want any errors it was a big black bag full!

They really need to sort it out what do they do with all the returns I would say most of the things that they are now telling people are oos have been sent to others so they will be getting back thats if I am anything to go by!!

Going by the summer sale, I didn't receive any of the items that were on a 2-4 week delay and haven't received any from the winter sale this time either.

I have received 3 out of my 16 items so far the rest were on a 3-4 days wait and the others 2-4 weeks. I called them and they say all items are delayed!! What is so ridiculous is where I have ordered a suit they have sent one part, i.e. the jacket and not the trousers, If they dont come soon its going back. I am going to think twice about ordering from them in the future!!

Hi I have received all but one of my items that I ordered in the sale so far.

My question is, how long does it take for the things that are delivered to appear on your on line bill account? My items were delivered over a week ago and they are still not showing on my account?

Is this normal?

items only show on your account, once a statement has been issued

so it wont update, until your next statement date
