  • Just had delivered two of the six parcels we were expecting :)
  • my son is gutted he has just had his delivery from next and they have sent the wrong size galaxy shirt ,he ordered large boys and they sent xl boys.have rung up but they have no more stock.
    if anybody gets the large delivered instead of xl you now where i am to swap.

    Help needed please!

    First thing this morning, 11 parcels out for delivery. Received 9 parcels, just checked and all 11 have been signed for!

    Rang Next, eventually got through, explained, then they cut me off.

    Has anyone got a number for Hermes? I am just wondering if the courier lady is planning on bringing them later today, maybe they got lost amongst the parcels in her car. Just in a total panic that I am going to end up paying for two parcels that are lost somewhere.

    I've had parcels go missing before and Next have been very good about it, I guess there was a fault with the line and they didn't cut you off. If the parcels don't turn up tomorrow I'd call again and speak to them :).
  • Wow, didn't expect the courier to come round today, being a Bank Holiday, but I received 3 parcels today. Only keeping one skirt. Ordered 2 for size. The other one is going back, along with a handbag which I didn't like and a leather jacket, which although was absolute bargain, didn't really suit me so have to send that back too. Have more parcels to come though.

    I never get asked to physically sign anything by my courier. If you haven't signed for 11 parcels, then Hermes has no way of sayiing that you recieved 11 parcels instead of 9. Next has always been pretty good with me too about stuff I haven't recieved.

    I got a huge load of parcels today - my courier said that she wasn't delivering anyone else's sale items today just mine and that she'll do them tomorrow when she's "properly" back at work!!! LOL

    My Next courier always asks me to sign for the parcels that she delivers.
    Never had a problem with Next if things are missing. They may send you a form asking you to detail the messing items or they may just take the details over the phone.
  • I got 2 of my parcels today...was also surprised as it's bank holiday!

    I didn't quite realise that you could go that far beyond it though bubbleyou!!! I tend to return to the store when things are out of the 10 days as they put it through without checking delivery dates

    last sale i had real trouble returning items instore, as they wouldnt take anything back that was 10 days over order date (you dont get 10 days from delivery, its 10 days from the date the order was picked/packed)

    i think over the past year, Next have really started to stress that their stores and online service, are two totally different companies, so arent keen to do anything to help instore, if you have bought stuff online
