Well, I rang Hermes yesterday, they told me they couldn't help as they were going home in half an hour... charming!!

One of the missing parcels have just arrived this morning, despite still saying on the tracking that it was signed for yesterday, but the other is still missing somewhere in the world of couriers! It's containing 8 items too!! Sooo annoying.

Try calling Next again and they should try and chase it up, ask them also to make a note on your file that you have reported it missing. Fingers crossed it shows up though.

They put a note on the account yesterday for the two missing parcels. I've just rang them up to say one had turned up so could they just chase up the other.

As long as I don't end up paying for the missing stuff I can do without it all, though I would much rather have it obviously.

They have been good when things have gone missing before, but this parcel says it's been signed for, that's what I am worried about.

I recieved 4 bags this morning, which I had to sign for but I haven't had a dispatch e-mail or tracking system like some of you have, any idea why?
My courier is with Hermes too

Got most of my order today, am ashamed to say how many bags, lol although lots only had one thing in. Made a bit of a bobo on some kids shoes though, ordered a size 4 thinking it was biiiig kids size 4 converses and some other baseball type shoes and the tiniest shoe box i've ever seen was in the bag with diddy little bby converses! don't think they'd have fitted the cat at all let alone the kids but did give us a laugh!

Most of my order arrived today, looked like NEXTS warehouse had about 10 bags turn up! Not impressed with alot of the stuff, retrning a fair bit, as I thought would be the case. Pleased with what I did keep though!

I got the majority of my 2 orders today :-) sending quite a bit of it back though as ordered different sizes for my little boy - really happy with it all though, and such good prices. Oh, and got my half price Mamas and Papas pushchair too which arrived a lot earlier than the original 3 week delivery date!

I went away for a couple of days ... got home last night ... the courier had left a leather jacket in a hanging bag (so not sealed tight) on the back of my wheelie bin, in the rain overnight! Am not impressed. The rest of my stuff was waiting next door thankfully, although I'm still waiting for 2 pairs of trousers and the jacket I really wanted!

we had a similar thing happen - ordered girls boots in size 3 in 2 different colours. We got one pair of 'baby' boots and one pair that fitted 14year old DD. We too had a laugh and it made the decision which colour to keep as she wasn't sure which she would rahter have until she'd seen them.
Rest of the order was a bit hit and miss - ordered a boys jumper in grey in age 15 and age 16, we got the 15 in grey but the 16 turned up in blue. Keeping them both dds each like a different one and it fits them. Another top ordered in brown arrived in pink and 1 item is missing out of delivery bag so I must get on to customer services. Hit and miss order but it amused us no end.

I've not been impressed with most of the stuff so far - lots of women's tops badly shaped or strange design (but didn't look that bad in the catalogue pictures). The ladies night wear was particularly useless. Virtually all of it going back from the women's clothes that I've ordered.
