I've had nothing from them since the order confirmation and it hasn't gone to my spam folder. Very odd. I think they're pseudo-processing some of the orders, including mine, which is why it updates the way it does. I can't imagine having any tracking info for it as the dates are screwed up.

right well i had given up all hope after getting a cancellation email but just checked on thorntons and apparently its on its way however there is no tracking number available on it so who knows.
I think their cs is taking a hand outta us?

Ive just managed to get into my Thorntons account (their website kept crashing on me) and when I click order history and scroll to the bottom, where it had the 1900 23.23.00 bit it now has another line underneath saying the same date and time but with the added tracking number and out for delivery written beside it - does yours say this now?

tracking number dont show on thorntons account page for a long time

Mine still sayes processing. I have had a cancellation email.
Not too hopeful, as sayes delivery today via parcelnet, but at the bottom only sayes processing.
