did you get a disbatched email ? Iam wondering if they will actually arrive no disbatch email but its still showing processing on the website.

Did you get an email from Thorntons with a tracking number on it (if you click this number it takes you to the courier website) I think once you have this then it has to be on its way, as its then the courier website thats being viewed with details of arriving at their central hub, then being transferred to your local depot, then processed (which means onto the back of a delivery van) unless Thorntons are sending me an empty box ha ha ha ha

I got 2 dispatch emails on the account i got one cancellation email on. And on my first order on the first account I havent had any dispatch/ cancellation email yet it still says it is out for delivery on Hermes

It must be coming by snail mail if were still waiting 109yrs for delivery... there as slow as M&S!
