Hows everyone getting on with this? I got a cancellation e mail the day the glitch was busted. Paid via paypal but still no refund. Just checked my order status and it now says it is despatached, but not had a despatch e mail. Not expecting it to turn up now though lol!! Will give it a couple of days and contact to see what is going on with refund.

Thats exactly how mine is as well. I dont uderstand why its gone to despatched but will wait a few more days for the refund in the hope it might arrive

Got my refund (paypal) today after getting a cancellation email on the 7th - so I guess I'm not getting any treats then

Just checked online banking and my refund was processed last Friday and entered onto bank statement today. Thanks OP - nothing ventured etc etc
