    Got my order last night (missed out on glitches but did get free £20 continental)

    Not happy with my order, continental box is squashed, toffee box has holes in, got 2 choc fudge & 1 vanilla but should have got 2 vanilla & 1 choc fudge.

    Been on hold to Thorntons customer services for 20 minutes now.

    Giving up on hope now...no dispatch signs in my order, just waiting for my refund to come...will give them a couple of days.

    I got a cancellation e-mail but on my Throntons account it says its been dispatched :confused:

    Do you think there is any hope fo this being delivered?

    My continentals were squished too, lost my voice so sent them an email, it hasn't been acknowledged so I wont get my hopes up for an apology, weird thing is the packaging wasn't damaged so the chocs must have been like that when they were sent. I guess as they were free I will be told to count my blessings :p

    Has anyone thought about ringing up Thorntons, saying they've not received order, but paid for it, and hope that the CSA decides to put the order through? My was due yesterday, showing as dispatched but obviously not received as I have rec'd cancellation email.
    Just wondering if an innocent "I've looked on my account and my order was due yesterday, showing as dispatched, but I've not received it" might trigger the sending out of a "replacement" order.
    Fairly sure I've not got the balls for it though!

    My order is showing as dispatched this morning. I am still sat here like a fool waiting for it to turn up. I am now going to to find Thorntons phone mumber and lose my temper lol. I really need the ordered flowers like an hour ago.

    edited to add, just rung Thortons, told must wait as they deliever until 6pm, grrrrrrrrrrrrr

    I'm even more confused today, out of my 3 orders I had one cancellation email then yesterday one had been refunded and one said despacthed, now all 3 say despatched but have no tracking number, what do you think I should do?
