Just checked paypal - no refund as of yet.

Just checked my order status on their website. The continental offer one has processed as per my despatch e mail. The hamper one says waiting to be processed with expected delivery date of 09/12/09 - with an order date of 01/01/1900 at 23.50 :rotfl:

I got my cancellation e mail for the hamper yesterday tea time. Who knows what the heck is going on!! I reckon they have proabably "frozen" the hamper ones and are going through them manually and cancelling / processing refunds one by one. Of course I maintain that glimmer of hope that someone high up in management will say "just deliver the darn things" as it may cost ££££ to fix the !!!! up in terms of staff time and IT! I can hope.........lol!!

It's been like that for me for the last half hour, but it's just this minute let me back in and nothing's changed. My order is still being processed and I still placed it 109 years ago :rotfl:

I'm none the wiser, really
