morning all

Monday ~ Kitchen of Grot and Dining Room of Gloom
Level One
Declutter and mop/vacuum the floors
Find and wipe the worksurfaces
Level Two
Wipe the big appliances and units.. don't forget kickboards!
Wipe small appliances and replace.. do one thoroughly.. descale or decrumb or degunge!
Clear and wipe a shelf or window sill
Level Three
Wipe the table and replace the cloth if necessary.
Sort through and clean out one cupboard
Clean the oven and hob..
Extras

1. Clean out the fridge.. make use of anything almost past its best
2. Wash the windows
3. Clean the top of the kitchen wall units.. if you can reach.. no accidents please!!
4. Dust and Deweb

Well he must be 60 years older than the target market - and I don't think he uses anything at all!

I need to give myself a big kick up the wotsit (not that this is physically possibly, even if I hadn't gained so much weight lately!), cheer up, stop eating (between meals at least) and get a move on with tidying this place.

Today's list is a good one for me as DH always notices if the kitchen is clean and tidy. Better still if I make a marked improvement in the dining/conservatory too.

Extras for me this week:
recycle old mobile phones;
pack and send a Christmas parcel to friends in France;
send cards and gifts to friends with new babies;
ring a former colleague (involves putting SIM card back into old phone to see if I can retrieve her number - DOH!);
donwload print driver to my laptop;
list some things on ebay;
post at least 30 Christmas cards;
wrap all the presents to date and work out which I still need to sort out;
put a new plug on the conservatory heater;

If I get the house tidy I can put some decorations up and start to feel festive without any guilt. Have a good week everyone.

Busy week this week but hoping to get the full 5 days done, probs do 2 tomorrow as I'm full on at work on Wednesday. Work not till 1 this avo so lots of time to potter about.
