That makes no difference most credit card companies will not refund (via section 75) if the transaction was through paypal as it counts as a paypal payment.

I think most of us will have some sympathy with the seller on this one. Especially if they don't sell many things. I remember being paranoid when my first item was sold for over £500 and it was for someone else, was a scary feeling.

I paid on Sunday. Seller emailed me yesterday to say they had posted it yesterday via Fastway Couriers (on listing it stated RM Special Delivery next day) and it should be with me today. The tracking number they gave me does not exist and the item has not arrived today. Anyone got any advice before I go and stick my head in the cooker? I'm fuming.0

I paid on Sunday. Seller emailed me yesterday to say they had posted it yesterday via Fastway Couriers (on listing it stated RM Special Delivery next day) and it should be with me today. The tracking number they gave me does not exist and the item has not arrived today. Anyone got any advice before I go and stick my head in the cooker? I'm fuming.
They could deliver it tomorrow. phone this number early tomorrow, say you believe they have a delivery for you and can they give you more info as to where it is:

I'm guessing a courier tracking number won't track through RM's systems!My TV is broken!
Edit: refunded £515 for TV 1.5 years out of warranty - thank you Sale of Goods Act! :j0
