How do I find people who've moved but might have 'adopted' my cat? Help! :0)?

  • I am SO glad to hear that she is back, it is a lovely ending to the story!
I think you are to be applauded for your attitude and the way you have dealt with all of this, you showed clearly that your main interest was that the Cat was happy. They are chancers all the way...and no matter how much they are loved in a household can often be tempted away to a quieter patch. BUT that in NO way lets your neighbours off the hook.
I would send them a card, spelling out your distress in no uncertain terms, ok so you don't want to accuse them, but make it very clear that you all know what really happened.

an apology would have been nice - but you cant have everything! the main thing is - your baby is back!!!
oh - and I would do as another poster says - mail them some cat rescue info! but they could just have fell in love and be mourning her loss now? bet she went with the - my owners dont understand me/feed me/want me routine! if they dont know cats they may have fallen for it!
