Mine is exactly the same. I ordered early on the 3rd and when I checked last night It tells me it was despatched on the 3rd ... but no confirmation email.
I was pleased until I opened the order and it actually tells me it will be dispatched shortly. I am very confused and dont know if it has been dispatched or not as the screens tell me different things x0 -
Does anyone know what everyone's legal position is if they get a delivery for (virtually) free? I mean, in theory, couldn't M&S reclaim the money in the future just like Littlewoods did. I'm sure they wouldn't, but it would be interesting to know what everyone's legal position is.
(Sorry to be a party pooper).

I'm not sure how up to date the website is from past experience with M&S or what the status really means - I asked Customer Services last time I ordered in the sale because I had a similar problem and she didn't seem to know but she couldn't cancel my order so perhaps that's a good sign?
I think personally I would count it as dispatched when I recieve the email or when it turns up at my address
Something I ordered last week status is still saying to be despatched online and it was delivered 2 days ago! LOL!0 -
Two orders, both with Festive Fizz on, one is scheduled for despatch and can't be altered the other is still awaiting despatch and can be altered but no emails received.
Was in M&S picking up a Daly order and they had hardly any Festive Fizz on the shelves but were promoting quite a nice little bottle of port for £7.49. I said to the SA what a nice, modern shaped bottle and she said its a decanter. Would make a nice little gift if you are visiting over the festive season.0 -

If you get a confirmation email of DESPATCH, not ordering, then (according to the M&S T&Cs) you've got what you paid for - for the money paid . . . . however......
the prices of goods (glitch or not) remain only an invitation to enter into a contract - until THAT email arrives!
If they notice, they should offer you the chance to:
a*) pay the difference between the amount you paid and the amount you should have paid - and receive your order, or
b) let you cancel for a full refund of what you paid.
*as this was a price glitch, as long as they either corrected the glitch, or stopped selling the items at the erroneous price (within a 'reasonable time') they don't have to sell you the goods for the wrong price!0 -

It looks like the only genuine MSEr's & HUKDr's who have had goods despatched didn't use both codes to get all items for the cost of delivery. Not lookin good for those who did..Next year we'll be millionaires!0 -

It was about 1am on the night the glitch was spotted..
That'll have been the 3rd, then, I think..
In all fairness though my post was a bit misleading, as it's 'ready for dispatch' on another screen on their website!
50/50 whether I receive it, I think.0
